Bellway Homes Ltd
A proposal for 168 new dwellings on a town centre former employment site. Issues included flooding, contamination, highways, sustainability, proximity to a Conservation Area and provision of affordable homes in order to create a high density and attractive living environment.
The application also included the conversion of a range of listed buildings into apartments.
